A really quick make.
How quick and easy are good old 'chocolate balls'? They are a great option when having to quickly make something to take out to a Christmas celebration.
Not that I've made these for years but I've always used Marie biscuits in the past. As I didn't have any, I made these using Weet Bix which worked really well and, let's face it, is much healthier anyway.
I added some rose leaves and 4 little red balls of fondant icing and now I'm all set to go...
